One of the games made at the Songshan Lake Expansion Base in Dongguan is called "Guide for the Blind": two teams of players are paired one-on-one, one of them wears a blindfold to act as a blind person, and the other person leads the blind person to walk a route with obstacles. The "blind" and "guide" in this outreach training activity actually correspond to the roles of "leader" and "employee". When students face difficulties in learning, they are like blind people in the dark. They need to lead the guide to take them through obstacles in the dark - that is, difficulties in learning. We cannot blame a blind person for not seeing the obstacles in front of them, just as we cannot blame students for not being able to solve the difficulties encountered in learning. After a day of new employee development training, it is impossible for everyone to grow up immediately, but I believe that through everyone's hard work, everyone can clarify what they want to do in the future.
