From June 15th to 16th, Shi Shenyi, a member of the Party Committee and deputy director of the Bureau, went to the 313 geological team for investigation and went to the construction site of the No. 3 hydrological well project in Pan No. 2 Mine in Huainan to guide the work.
After listening to the 313 Geological Team's report on the drilling work in Xinjiang, Shi Shenyi expressed his satisfaction for the project team's efforts to overcome the harsh construction conditions in the Gobi Desert and achieve excellent results in project duration, quality, environmental protection and safety management. Shi Shenyi said that the 313 Geological Team has a national moral model, a national labor model, a "big country craftsman" in 2018, and a winner of the National Innovation Competition Award. Zhu Hengyin has many years of in-depth research and practical experience in deep drilling, energy exploration, core exploration and other fields. He has advanced drilling equipment and an experienced talent team. He has a bold innovation, a spirit of courage to take responsibility, and a concept of actively expanding the market. These are all solid foundations for expanding the service field and exploring the service market.
On doing the next key work, Shi Shenyi stressed that first, we must carry forward the spirit of "Populus euphratica" and "three glories", and continue to learn advanced technologies and management concepts. Second, we must do a good job in team building and further strengthen the construction of high-level professional and technical personnel. Third, we must establish a brand, focus on branding, and strive to establish a brand perception of excellent technology, excellent projects, and excellent service. Fourth, we must implement refined management, establish and improve mechanisms, and strive to achieve a double harvest of social and economic benefits.
Wang Songgen, party secretary and captain of the 313 Geological Team, said that the 313 Geological Team will firmly establish the concept of safe development and regard safety as the top priority of project management. In the next step, we will continue to strengthen cost control, improve project efficiency, and continuously improve the project management system on the basis of a stable team.
