The relevant person in charge of the Human Resources and Social Security Department of the Autonomous Region said that in the future, all high-level talents uniformly recognized by the Autonomous Region will issue electronic certificates while issuing Ningxia high-level talent certificates or cards. When enjoying relevant treatment, the high-level talent certificates or cards issued offline will operate in parallel with the electronic talent certificates issued online, and have the same effect.
