Use of Website
Content on this website, including product images, specifications and text, is provided for information purposes and is the property of AgroSpray. You may not reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.
Product Information
We strive to keep specifications accurate; however, designs and specifications may be improved or changed without prior notice. Final specifications are those confirmed in the sales contract or proforma invoice.
Quotations and Orders
Quotations are valid for the period stated therein. Orders become binding upon our written confirmation and receipt of the agreed deposit. Lead times are estimates and commence after confirmation of all order details.
Shipping and Risk
Delivery terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) follow the agreed Incoterms. Risk transfers according to the applicable Incoterm; we assist with documentation and freight arrangement as agreed.
Warranty
Our sprayers carry a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, excluding wear parts, misuse and improper maintenance. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and supporting evidence such as photos or videos.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
