Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the purchase of cake packaging products from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Quotations & Orders

Quotations are prepared from the specifications you provide and remain valid for the period stated in the quotation. Orders are confirmed once we receive your written approval of the specification, artwork proof and applicable deposit.

Artwork & Proofs

You are responsible for the accuracy of artwork and text you approve. Production begins only after proof approval; changes after approval may affect cost and lead time.

Materials & Tolerances

Boards, colours and finishes are produced within standard industry tolerances. Minor variations in shade, grammage and dimensions that fall within these tolerances are not considered defects.

Delivery & Risk

Lead times are estimates confirmed at order. Risk transfers according to the agreed Incoterms. Please inspect goods on arrival and report any transit damage or discrepancy promptly.

Claims & Liability

Claims must be raised within a reasonable time after delivery with photos and quantities affected. Our liability is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the affected goods and does not extend to indirect or consequential loss.

Intellectual Property

All logos and designs you supply remain your property; you confirm you have the right to use them. Website content, product designs and dielines we create remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These terms may be updated from time to time; the version posted at the time of your order applies.
