Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the AirComp website and the purchase of our air compressors and related equipment. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Products and Specifications

All product descriptions, specifications and images are provided for reference. Final specifications are confirmed in the sales contract or proforma invoice. We reserve the right to improve designs without prior notice, provided performance is not reduced.

Quotations and Orders

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit, and production schedules are counted from deposit receipt and confirmation of all technical details.

Delivery and Risk

Delivery terms follow the Incoterms agreed in the contract. Risk transfers to the buyer according to the applicable Incoterm. Delivery dates are estimates and reasonable delays do not constitute breach of contract.

Warranty

Our compressors carry a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty excludes consumables, damage from improper installation, operation outside rated conditions or unauthorized modification.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including production downtime.
