These Terms of Service govern your use of the SoftStep website and your business dealings with us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and Specifications

Product images and specifications on this website are for reference. Final materials, colors, sizes and packaging are confirmed through approved samples and written order confirmations. Minor variations within industry tolerances do not constitute defects.

Quotations and Orders

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders become binding once we issue an order confirmation and the agreed deposit is received. Custom orders with logos or bespoke packaging cannot be cancelled after production begins.

Payment and Delivery

Standard payment terms are a 30% deposit with the balance before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery dates are estimates based on normal production and shipping conditions; we will notify you promptly of any significant delay.

Quality and Claims

Please inspect goods upon arrival. Claims for defects or shortages must be submitted within 14 days of receipt with photos and supporting details. Our liability is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the affected goods.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images and designs, belongs to SoftStep. Customer logos remain the property of the customer, and we use them only for the customer's own orders.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
