Cell sorting
Incoming cells are inspected and graded by power class and colour so that every module carries matched cells — reducing mismatch losses and visual variation across a project.
Stringing
Cells are soldered into strings on automated stringers with controlled soldering temperature and ribbon alignment, then checked before lay-up.
Lay-up & lamination
Front glass, encapsulant, cell strings and backsheet or rear glass are stacked, inspected and laminated under vacuum and heat into a sealed unit.
Framing & junction box
Anodised aluminium frames are fitted and sealed, the junction box is mounted and potted, and cables and connectors are attached.
Flash test & EL inspection
Every module is measured under standard test conditions and inspected by electroluminescence for micro-cracks and inactive areas; results are recorded per serial number.
Export packing
Modules are packed vertically on export pallets with corner protection and strapping, labelled for the destination port and loaded to a container plan.

What is checked before a module ships
Electrical performance
Power, voltage and current measured at STC and recorded against each serial number.
EL & visual inspection
Micro-cracks, soldering defects and cosmetic issues screened before and after lamination.
Safety checks
Insulation and grounding continuity verified on finished modules.
Mechanical & packing
Frame dimensions, mounting holes and pallet integrity checked before container loading.
