Manufacturing

How a baby doll goes from sketch to shipped carton: pattern, materials, sewing, stuffing, finishing, packing and export paperwork.

Our Manufacturing Capabilities

With over 15 years of experience in agricultural spraying equipment, AgroSpray operates a modern 45,000 m² production facility with more than 300 skilled workers and a monthly capacity of 150,000 sprayers.

Production Lines

  • Plastic molding: in-house injection and blow molding of UV-resistant HDPE tanks from 1L to 25L.

  • Pump assembly: automated lines for diaphragm and plunger pumps with 100% pressure testing.

  • Battery packs: certified 12V lithium battery production with charge-discharge cycle testing.

  • Final assembly: six assembly lines with in-line leakage and spray pattern inspection.

Quality Control

Our ISO 9001 quality system covers incoming material inspection, in-process checks and pre-shipment testing. Every sprayer is pressure tested and leak tested before packing, and batch samples undergo endurance testing in our laboratory.

R&D and Customization

Our engineering team develops new models every year and supports OEM/ODM projects from drawing to mass production, including custom molds, logos, colors and packaging designed for your market.

We welcome factory audits and video inspections. Contact us to schedule a visit or request our latest capability report.

Step by step

Five stages, one team, full visibility

Every stage is photographed and shared so you can follow your order without visiting the factory.

Design & pattern

Your sketch, mood board or sample becomes a technical pattern. We define size, proportions, facial style and fabric layout before any cutting begins.

Materials & safety review

Plush, cotton, minky, vinyl and filling are selected for the age grade and destination market, then checked against your compliance requirements.

Cutting & sewing

Panels are cut and stitched with reinforced seams; eyes and embroidered features are secured before assembly.

Stuffing & finishing

Fillings are weighed for consistent softness, openings are closed by hand and every doll is groomed, dressed and inspected.

Incoming fabric check

Colour, hand feel and weight are compared with the approved swatch.

Inline inspection

Seam strength, eye attachment and stitch density are checked on the line.

Metal detection

Finished dolls pass a needle detector before packing.

Final audit

Random cartons are opened and re-inspected before release.
