Manufacturing

How an aerial hammock goes from fabric roll to shipped carton: sourcing, cutting, hardware, load testing, branding and export paperwork.

Our Manufacturing Capabilities

With over 15 years of experience in agricultural spraying equipment, AgroSpray operates a modern 45,000 m² production facility with more than 300 skilled workers and a monthly capacity of 150,000 sprayers.

Production Lines

  • Plastic molding: in-house injection and blow molding of UV-resistant HDPE tanks from 1L to 25L.

  • Pump assembly: automated lines for diaphragm and plunger pumps with 100% pressure testing.

  • Battery packs: certified 12V lithium battery production with charge-discharge cycle testing.

  • Final assembly: six assembly lines with in-line leakage and spray pattern inspection.

Quality Control

Our ISO 9001 quality system covers incoming material inspection, in-process checks and pre-shipment testing. Every sprayer is pressure tested and leak tested before packing, and batch samples undergo endurance testing in our laboratory.

R&D and Customization

Our engineering team develops new models every year and supports OEM/ODM projects from drawing to mass production, including custom molds, logos, colors and packaging designed for your market.

We welcome factory audits and video inspections. Contact us to schedule a visit or request our latest capability report.

Fabric sourcing
01

Fabric sourcing

Low-stretch nylon tricot and polyester silks are sourced from mills we audit, with OEKO-TEX documentation, weight and colour-fastness checked on arrival.

  • OEKO-TEX Standard 100 fabric
  • Weight and stretch verified per roll
  • Pantone lab dips for custom colours
Cutting and hemming
02

Cutting and hemming

Rolls are relaxed, then cut to your hammock length and width. Edges are double-folded and locked so the fabric cannot fray under repeated loading.

  • Standard 5 m and 6 m lengths, custom on request
  • Reinforced 4-thread hems
  • Batch labels follow every panel
Hardware assembly
03

Hardware assembly

Daisy chains, carabiners, swivels and ceiling mounts are matched to the hammock rating. Each kit is assembled, counted and bagged with your instruction card.

  • Steel carabiners rated 23 kN or above
  • Polyester daisy chains, 6 to 8 loops
  • Ceiling mount and door-bar options
Load testing
04

Load testing

Sample hammocks from each batch are hung and loaded past their rated capacity. Results are recorded and shared with the shipment paperwork.

  • Static load test per batch
  • Seam and hardware inspection
  • Test report supplied with the order
Branding and packing
05

Branding and packing

Woven labels, printed carry bags and colour boxes carry your artwork. Cartons are marked, barcoded and palletised for your forwarder.

  • Private-label bags, boxes and manuals
  • Barcodes and carton marks to spec
  • Documents prepared for EU and North America
Quality control

Checked before it leaves the floor

Four checkpoints, every order — the report travels with your shipment.

01

Incoming fabric

Weight, stretch, colour and OEKO-TEX papers verified against the purchase order.

02

Inline sewing

Hem width, stitch density and thread tension sampled at each machine every hour.

03

Load and hardware

Assembled kits hung and loaded above rating; carabiner gates and swivels cycled.

04

Final packing

Label placement, accessory count, artwork and carton marks signed off before sealing.
