Our Manufacturing Capabilities

With over 15 years of experience in agricultural spraying equipment, AgroSpray operates a modern 45,000 m² production facility with more than 300 skilled workers and a monthly capacity of 150,000 sprayers.

Production Lines

Plastic molding: in-house injection and blow molding of UV-resistant HDPE tanks from 1L to 25L.
Pump assembly: automated lines for diaphragm and plunger pumps with 100% pressure testing.
Battery packs: certified 12V lithium battery production with charge-discharge cycle testing.
Final assembly: six assembly lines with in-line leakage and spray pattern inspection.

Quality Control

Our ISO 9001 quality system covers incoming material inspection, in-process checks and pre-shipment testing. Every sprayer is pressure tested and leak tested before packing, and batch samples undergo endurance testing in our laboratory.

R&D and Customization

Our engineering team develops new models every year and supports OEM/ODM projects from drawing to mass production, including custom molds, logos, colors and packaging designed for your market.

Process

Six stages, one production reference

01 Component sourcing
Blanks, guides, reel seats, hooks, swivels, line and hardware are specified per programme and checked on arrival.
02 Forming & machining
Rod blanks, reel bodies and lure bodies are produced to the approved sample dimensions.
03 Assembly
Guides wrapped, reels assembled, hooks and hardware fitted by trained operators.
04 Finishing & branding
Coatings, colourways, logos and labels applied to your artwork approval.
05 Inspection
Function, finish and packaging checked against the signed-off sample.
06 Packing & shipment
Retail packaging, cartons, marks and documents prepared for your destination.
