2. Products & Orders
All product specifications, images, and descriptions on our website are for reference purposes. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations may occur in production. Custom orders are subject to separate specification agreements.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon in the proforma invoice or sales contract. Standard terms include:
30% deposit upon order confirmation
70% balance before shipment (T/T)
Other terms may be negotiated for established accounts
4. Shipping & Delivery
Lead Time: 15-30 business days depending on order quantity and customization.
Incoterms: Unless otherwise agreed, orders are quoted FOB. CIF, DDP, and other arrangements are available.
Risk Transfer: Risk transfers to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterm.
5. Quality & Warranty
All products undergo quality inspection before shipment. We offer warranties as specified in product documentation. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is owned by us or our licensors. OEM/ODM customers retain rights to their own branding and designs.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be submitted to arbitration.
