Production begins with fiber and yarn selection, followed by weaving or sourcing of the approved quality. Fabrics are dyed or printed to approved lab dips, then finished for handfeel, stability and wash performance.
Cutting and Sewing
Panels are cut to size and sewn in dedicated lines for each product family — bedding, cushions, curtains and table linen each follow their own specifications for seams, hems, closures and trims.
Quality Control
Quality is checked at every stage: incoming fabric inspection, in-line checks during cutting and sewing, and final random inspection against AQL standards covering dimensions, stitching, colorfastness and packaging. Third-party inspection can be arranged on request.
Packing and Delivery
Finished goods are packed to the agreed retail or bulk specification, carton-marked for your warehouse flow, and shipped by sea, air or courier with full export documentation.
