Common questions

Sourcing FAQ

What types of home textile products do you supply?

We develop and supply bedding (duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases), cushions and throws, curtains and drapes, table linen, blankets and bedspreads, and decorative accents. Products are made in cotton, linen, and easy-care blends, and can be developed as single items or coordinated room collections for retail assortments.

Can you produce private-label collections with our branding and packaging?

Yes. We support full private-label development: woven labels, printed care labels, hangtags, and retail-ready packaging such as reusable fabric bags, belly bands and gift boxes. Send us your brand guidelines and we will prepare packaging proposals alongside the product samples.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on the product type, fabric and customization level. Stock-fabric programs generally start lower, while custom-woven or custom-dyed qualities require higher volumes per colorway. Tell us your target items and quantities and we will confirm the workable MOQ for each.

How do I request samples before placing an order?

Use the Request a Quote form and list the items you would like to evaluate. We can provide fabric swatches, lab dips for color approval, and counter samples of finished products. Sample lead time is typically shorter than production and courier costs are usually covered by the buyer and credited against the first order.

What are your production and delivery lead times?

Lead time depends on fabric availability and order size. Orders using stock fabrics ship faster, while custom-woven, custom-printed or custom-dyed programs need additional time for weaving and finishing. We confirm a production schedule with every order and provide regular status updates through to shipment.
