What types of car care equipment do you offer?
We manufacture a full range of car care equipment, including self-service car wash machines, touchless automatic car washers, steam car washers, commercial vacuum stations, air towers, polishing and detailing equipment, water recycling systems and payment terminals with spare parts.
Can you customize machines with our logo and branding?
Yes. We provide full OEM and ODM services. Your logo can be applied to machine housings, control panels and touch screens, and we can customize cabinet colors, voltage, payment options, language of the user interface and packaging to match your brand and local market requirements.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard models such as self-service car wash machines and vacuum stations, the MOQ is usually 1 unit, so you can start with a trial machine. For customized configurations or OEM branding, the MOQ is typically 3 to 5 units depending on the model. Contact us for details on specific products.
Can I get a sample or test a machine before bulk ordering?
Yes. We encourage customers to order a sample unit for on-site testing before placing bulk orders. We can also arrange live video demonstrations of the machines running in our factory, and welcome you to visit us for an in-person inspection and trial operation of the equipment.
How long does production and delivery take?
Standard models in stock ship within 7 to 15 days after payment. Customized machines normally require 20 to 35 days of production depending on configuration and order quantity. Sea freight transit time varies by destination; we will confirm a full delivery schedule with your order.
How do you ensure equipment quality and reliability?
Every machine is built with branded core components such as high-pressure pumps and PLC control systems, and undergoes strict quality control including water pressure testing, electrical safety checks and 48-hour continuous running tests before shipment. Our equipment is CE certified and comes with a 12-month warranty plus lifetime technical support.
How are the machines packed and shipped?
Machines are wrapped in protective film, fixed on fumigation-free wooden pallets or packed in export wooden cases to prevent damage during transport. We ship worldwide by sea, and small parts or urgent components can be sent by air or express. We assist with all export documentation.
