Use of Website
The content of this website is for general information about our products. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content, images or trademarks without written permission.
Product Information
We strive to keep specifications, images and descriptions of our car wash machines and related equipment accurate. Specifications may be updated as products improve; final configurations are confirmed in the sales contract.
Quotations and Orders
Quotations are valid for the period stated therein. Orders become binding after written confirmation and receipt of the agreed deposit. Custom OEM orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Delivery and Risk
Delivery terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.) are specified in each contract. Risk transfers according to the agreed Incoterms. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
Warranty
Our equipment carries a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, plus lifetime remote technical support. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation or unauthorized modification.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoCarePro shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation or, failing that, competent arbitration.
