Yes. We support OEM/ODM projects covering brand logo, color scheme, mast height, fork length, battery capacity, chargers and optional attachments such as side shifters and fork positioners.

The MOQ is one unit for standard models. For customized configurations or private-label orders, the MOQ is typically 5 units, which can be discussed based on the project.

Yes. We can arrange a sample unit for testing and evaluation. Sample lead time is usually 7-15 days for standard models, and the sample cost can be refunded against your bulk order.

Standard models are usually shipped within 10-20 days after deposit. Customized forklifts take 25-40 days depending on configuration. We will confirm the exact schedule in the sales contract.

Every forklift passes incoming material inspection, in-process checks and a 100% pre-delivery test covering lifting, driving, braking and battery performance. Our products are CE certified and manufactured under an ISO 9001 quality system.

Forklifts are protected with film wrapping and steel-frame or plywood packaging, then loaded and secured in containers. We support FOB, CIF and door-to-door delivery, and provide all export documents.
