Manufacturing Capabilities
Our production base covers modern workshops for chassis welding, coating, assembly and battery pack integration, with an annual capacity of over 10,000 units of electric forklifts and warehouse trucks.
Production Process
- Robotic welding lines for frames, masts and fork carriages
- Automated shot blasting and environmentally friendly powder coating
- Flow-line assembly with torque-controlled tooling and traceability
- In-house lithium battery pack assembly with BMS testing
- 100% pre-delivery testing: lifting, driving, braking, waterproof and battery performance
Quality Assurance
Manufacturing is managed under an ISO 9001 quality system. Key components such as controllers, motors and hydraulic units are sourced from world-class suppliers, and every finished truck passes a multi-point inspection before shipment.
