These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the purchase of inkjet canvas and related products from us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products & Specifications

Product images and specifications are provided for reference. Because canvas is an industrial media, minor variations in whiteness, weight and finish may occur between batches within stated tolerances. Always confirm critical specifications and run test prints before volume production.

Quotations & Orders

Quotations are valid for the period stated and are otherwise subject to change with raw material costs. Orders are confirmed on receipt of a signed proforma invoice and any agreed deposit.

Delivery & Risk

Delivery dates are best estimates. Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterms; please inspect goods on arrival and report transit damage to the carrier and to us within 7 days.

Returns & Claims

Claims for manufacturing defects must be made within 30 days of receipt with batch numbers and photos or test prints. Media that has been printed, cut or stretched beyond reasonable testing cannot be returned unless defective.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images and downloads, remains our property and may not be reused without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost production or profits.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to new orders.
