What types of camping gear do you offer?
We manufacture a full range of camping equipment, including camping tents and shelters, sleeping bags and mats, folding camping furniture, camp kitchen and cookware, camping lights and lanterns, and backpacks with outdoor accessories. One factory can cover your complete outdoor line.
Can you customize products with our logo and branding?
Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM services: logo printing and embroidery, custom fabric colors and patterns, tailored specifications, and branded retail packaging. Send us your artwork and requirements and we will prepare digital proofs before production.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product and customization level. Standard items typically start from 100-300 pieces per model, while fully customized tents or sleeping bags may require 500 pieces. Mixed orders across several models are welcome — contact us for details.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. We encourage sampling before bulk orders. Stock samples ship within 3-5 days; customized samples usually take 7-15 days. Sample fees are refundable against your first bulk order in most cases.
How long does production and delivery take?
Standard production lead time is 25-40 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on order size and season. Sea freight to major ports takes 15-35 days; air and express options are available for urgent orders.
How do you ensure product quality and durability?
Every batch passes incoming material inspection, in-line checks and pre-shipment inspection. Tents are tested for waterproof rating (up to 3000mm), seam strength and pole durability; fabrics are checked for UV resistance and tear strength. Third-party inspections such as SGS are welcome.
How are the products packed and shipped?
Each item is packed in its own carry bag with a polybag and instruction sheet, then packed into export cartons with reinforced corners. We support custom retail packaging, hang tags and barcode labels, and ship by sea, air or express per your preference.
What information do you need for an accurate quotation?
Please tell us the product models or specifications you need, target quantities, customization requirements (logo, colors, packaging), and your destination port or address. With these details we can send a complete quotation with pricing and lead times within one business day.
