These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the business relationship between you and our company. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and specifications

Product images and specifications on this website are for reference. Final specifications, materials and packaging are confirmed in the sales contract or proforma invoice for each order.

Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed proforma invoice and the agreed deposit. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once materials are purchased or production has started.

Delivery and risk

Lead times are estimates and commence after sample approval and deposit receipt. Risk transfers according to the agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF, etc.). We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure.

Warranty and claims

We warrant products against manufacturing defects for 12 months from shipment. Claims must be submitted with photos or videos within 14 days of receiving the goods. Our liability is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the defective items.

Intellectual property

All website content belongs to us or our licensors. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that supplied logos and designs do not infringe third-party rights.
