FAQ
What types of electrical products do you offer?
Our range covers circuit protection (MCBs, MCCBs, RCDs and surge protection devices), terminals and connectors, cable management, IP-rated enclosures and distribution boxes, wiring accessories such as switches and sockets, plus everyday electrical consumables like insulation tape, heat shrink and cable lugs. If you need an item you cannot find on the site, send us the specification or a competitor part number and we will quote from our full factory catalogue.
Can you customize products with our logo and packaging?
Yes. We run full OEM/ODM programs: pad printing or laser marking of your logo on the product, custom colours and ratings labels, printed inner boxes, blister or polybag packs and barcoded outer cartons matched to your brand book. Artwork goes through a formal approval workflow before production, and we can also develop custom moulds and tooling for private-label lines.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs vary by product family. Standard catalogue items such as cable ties, terminals and wiring accessories typically start from one carton per SKU, while customised or branded products usually start from 1,000 to 5,000 pieces depending on tooling and printing requirements. Tell us your target quantities and we will confirm the exact MOQ and price breaks in the quotation.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We provide samples of standard products free of charge for qualified trade buyers, with the customer covering courier costs. For customised items we prepare pre-production samples together with test data, so you can verify the specification, marking and packaging before signing off mass production. Sample lead time is usually 3 to 7 working days.
How long does production and delivery take?
Standard products normally ship within 7 to 15 working days after order confirmation. Customised or OEM orders typically need 20 to 35 working days depending on quantity, tooling and printing. Sea, air and courier shipments are all supported, and we prepare full export documentation so the goods clear smoothly into EU and North American markets.
How do you ensure product quality and compliance?
Quality is controlled through five gates: incoming material inspection, first-article approval, in-process patrol checks, 100% routine electrical testing (dielectric strength, continuity and contact resistance) and final AQL sampling before packing. Products are manufactured under an ISO 9001-based system, aligned with CE, UL and RoHS requirements, and we share test reports and declarations of conformity with each shipment on request.
How are the products packed and shipped?
Products are packed in barcoded inner packs and export-grade cartons, with mixed-SKU cartons and pallet plans available for distribution centres. Moisture-sensitive items receive desiccant and sealed bags, and fragile enclosures get reinforced packing. We work with your nominated forwarder or arrange freight ourselves — FOB, CIF, DDP and courier terms are all supported.
What information do you need for an accurate quotation?
To quote quickly and accurately, please tell us: the product type and electrical ratings (voltage, current, poles, breaking capacity where relevant), applicable standards (IEC, UL, CSA), estimated quantities or annual usage, branding and packaging requirements, and the delivery destination. Drawings, photos or competitor part numbers are also very helpful — our engineers reply within one business day.
