These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your business dealings with us regarding electrical equipment and consumables. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Website

The content on this website — including product data, images and documents — is provided for trade buyers evaluating our products. You may not copy, republish or misuse the content for competing purposes without our written consent.

Product Information

Specifications, ratings and images are provided for general guidance. Final product specifications are confirmed in writing at quotation and sample-approval stage. Products must be installed by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable electrical codes and standards.

Quotations & Orders

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation document. Orders become binding when confirmed in writing by both parties, including agreed specifications, quantities, prices, packing and delivery terms.

Samples & Tooling

Pre-production samples are supplied for approval before mass production. Custom moulds and tooling remain subject to the commercial terms agreed for each OEM program.

Delivery & Risk

Delivery terms (FOB, CIF, DDP or courier) are agreed per order under Incoterms. Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm; please inspect goods upon arrival and report any transit damage promptly.

Warranty & Liability

We warrant that products conform to the agreed specifications and pass our routine electrical testing. Our liability is limited to repair, replacement or refund of non-conforming goods; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Terms

Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. These terms may be updated from time to time; the version posted at the time of your order applies.
