Manufacturing
From raw material to sealed export carton — how healthcare products are built, checked and documented at every stage.
Six stages, each with a quality gate
Material intake
Incoming materials checked against approved specifications before release to production.
Forming & machining
Components produced to drawing with routine dimension checks at the line.
Assembly
Organised assembly cells with clear work instructions and in-line verification.
Testing
Function, safety and durability checks appropriate to each product family.
Finishing & branding
Surface finishing, printing and private-label branding applied and inspected.
Packing & final QC
Documented final inspection, retail packing and export cartons marked per destination.
What "checked" actually means here
- Approved specification sheet for every product and material
- In-line checks recorded during production, not reconstructed after
- Final inspection reports available for every shipped lot
- Third-party inspection welcomed at your request
For your compliance team
Material records, test documentation and factory information are shared with qualified buyers under NDA where required.
