These Terms of Service govern your use of the MediCarePro website and your purchase of our medical and healthcare equipment. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and Information

Product specifications, images and descriptions on this website are for reference only and may be updated as products are improved. Final specifications are confirmed in the sales contract. Medical devices must be operated by qualified personnel in accordance with the user manual and local regulations.

Orders and Payment

All orders are confirmed by proforma invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment terms are 30% deposit with the balance payable before shipment. Prices are quoted in USD and remain valid for 30 days from quotation.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and begin after receipt of deposit and confirmation of all order details. Risk of loss transfers according to the agreed Incoterms. Buyers are responsible for import duties, registration and compliance requirements in the destination country.

Warranty and Liability

Our equipment carries a standard warranty of 12-24 months depending on the product line, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repair or improper maintenance. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product concerned.
