Specification review
The written specification, the draft excerpt, or the standard reference is checked in relation to what the product can actually deliver before an offer is issued.

Material & batch selection
The batches are selected for uniformity of color, dimensions, and finish throughout the ordered quantity, and are recorded so that a repeat order can be matched.

Sample approval
Where the finish or color matters, a physical sample is agreed upon before the rest is produced or shipped. Nothing is sent without an approved sample.

Dimensional and visual inspections are carried out during production or collection, with defective items being removed before packaging and not identified on the construction site.

Packaging for transport
The packaging is designed for handling at a port and delivery to the construction site: edge protection, straps, and pallet arrangement selected for the product and the route.

The quantities are verified with the packing list during loading, and the available documentation for each item is issued with the shipment.

With over 15 years of experience in manufacturing automotive care equipment, AutoCarePro has a modern production base of 30,000 m2 equipped with laser cutting machines, CNC bending lines, automated powder coating and professional assembly workshops dedicated to automotive washing machines.
Production Lines
Manufacture of sheet metal:
Laser cutting and CNC bending ensure accurate, corrosion resistant stainless steel cabinets.Payment Terms:
High pressure pump assemblies are manufactured and calibrated internally for consistent washing performance.Electrical & Control:
PLC control cabinets, payment modules and touch screens are assembled and programmed by our electronics team.Final assembly & test:
Each machine completes water pressure tests, electrical safety checks and a 48-hour continuous operation test before packing.
Quality Management
Our factory operates under a quality management system ISO 9001 and our equipment is CE certified for international markets. Incoming components, in-process fittings and finished machines are inspected at every stage.
R & D and adaptation
Our engineering team is constantly improving spray arm designs, water recycling efficiency and smart payment integration. We support OEM and ODM projects including custom voltage, branding, interface languages and site programming support for unmanned car wash stations.
