Product Information
We strive to maintain accurate specifications, images and descriptions of our car washers and related equipment. Specifications can be updated as products improve. Final configurations are confirmed in the sales contract.
Orders and Orders
Offers are valid for the period stated in them. Orders are made binding upon written confirmation and receipt of the agreed deposit. OEM orders cannot be cancelled after the start of production.
Tradition and risk
Delivery terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.) are specified in each contract. Risk transfers according to agreed Incoterms. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
HOME
Our equipment carries a limited warranty of 12 months covering manufacturing defects, plus lifetime remote technical support. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation or unauthorized modification.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoCarePro is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
Applicable Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be settled through amicable negotiations or, in the absence thereof, competent arbitration.
