Housing geometry, fan selection and duct path are modelled for the target mounting position, then verified on prototypes for airflow, noise and heat.
Pleated HEPA-grade media, activated-carbon layers and washable pre-filters are cut, pleated and sealed into cartridges matched to each housing.
Housings are moulded in-house in ABS or PC blends with colour matched to the brand; PCBs for fan control, sensing and USB-C / 12V power are assembled and flashed.
Fan, cartridge, PCB and housing come together on dedicated lines; logos are pad-printed, laser-etched or moulded in, and manuals are printed per language set.
Every unit is powered on and run through speed steps; sampled units go through airflow, noise and power-draw measurement before retail or bulk packing.
