Mixing and blending
Active dispensing, mixing and in-process concentration checks on every blending batch.
Blending, filling, batch analysis and label control handled in our own plant before every consignment is packed.
With more than 15 years of experience in agricultural inputs, Hygeia operates a modern production and packing facility with dedicated lines for liquid and solid formulations and a monthly capacity of over 2,000 tonnes.
Liquid blending: stainless steel reactors for suspension concentrates, emulsifiable concentrates and soluble liquids, with in-line filtration.
Solid blending: ribbon and paddle mixers for wettable powders, water-dispersible granules and compound fertilizers, with high-tower granulation for NPK.
Filling and packing: automated lines for 100 ml to 1 L bottles, 5 L to 20 L drums, 200 L drums and 5 kg to 25 kg bags, plus 500 kg and 1000 kg jumbo bags.
Own-label packaging: your artwork, pack sizes and coding, run as a dedicated batch to avoid cross-contamination.
Our ISO 9001 quality system covers incoming raw material inspection, in-process checks and pre-shipment testing. Every batch is analysed for active content, moisture, pH and impurities in our laboratory, and a certificate of analysis is issued with the shipment.
Our technical team develops and adapts formulations every year and supports OEM and ODM projects from specification to mass production, including custom concentrations, pack sizes and label artwork for your market.
We welcome factory audits and video inspections. Contact us to schedule a visit or request our latest capability report.
Every batch is assayed for active content, pH and physical stability before it is released.
Tank-mix compatibility and dilution stability are confirmed, so mixing faults show up here and not in the sprayer.
Fill accuracy, closure integrity, hazard labelling and pallet patterns prepared for the shipping route.
Safety data sheet, batch analysis, label artwork and safety notes packed with the consignment.
Active dispensing, mixing and in-process concentration checks on every blending batch.
Filling lines, capping, labelling and the final packing of the complete batch.
Batch release testing, physical stability checks, label control and final inspection.
Send the formulation and the destination market and we reply with the current specification and lead time.
Product family, crop, growth stage, target and the destination market are enough to start. An agronomist answers with the specification, the registration position and a quotation.
