Can you customize products with our logo and packaging?
Yes. We provide full OEM/ODM services. Your logo can be printed, embroidered, laser-engraved or woven onto pet products such as collars, beds, bowls and toys. We also offer custom retail packaging, hang tags, color boxes and barcode labeling to match your brand requirements.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per style for most pet products, such as toys, leashes and bowls. For larger items like pet beds and cat trees, the MOQ is typically 200 pieces. MOQs may be flexible for trial orders or mixed-style orders - please contact us to discuss your needs.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. We encourage customers to evaluate samples before mass production. Existing samples are usually free with freight collect. Custom samples with your logo and specifications are available at a sample fee, which is refundable against your first bulk order. Sample lead time is typically 5-7 days.
How long does production and delivery take?
Standard production time is 25-35 days after order confirmation, depending on quantity and customization. Sea freight typically takes 20-35 days depending on destination, while air shipping takes 5-10 days. We will confirm a detailed schedule with you when the order is placed.
How do you ensure product quality and safety?
All pet products are made from pet-safe, non-toxic materials and undergo strict quality control, including incoming material inspection, in-line production checks and final random inspection before shipment. Our products can meet EU and US pet product safety standards, and third-party testing reports (e.g. SGS) are available upon request.
How are the products packed and shipped?
Products are packed in export-standard cartons with inner polybags or retail packaging as required. We support shipment by sea, air and express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), and can arrange FOB, CIF or door-to-door delivery. Pallet packing and special labeling for Amazon FBA are also available.
