With over 15 years of experience in pet product manufacturing, our facilities are equipped with modern machinery capable of producing over 20 million pieces annually across all product categories, from dog toys and collars to pet beds and grooming tools.
Production Lines
Sewing and cutting: 20 automated lines for pet beds, soft toys and apparel
Injection molding: 10 machines for bowls, feeders, toys and grooming tools
Webbing and hardware: 8 lines for leashes, collars and harnesses
Rope and rubber toys: 6 dedicated lines for durable chew and tug toys
Quality Control Process
Every production batch undergoes a 5-stage quality inspection:
Raw material testing - Verify materials are pet-safe, non-toxic and durable
In-process inspection - Dimensional and stitching checks every 30 minutes
Strength testing - Pull, bite and load tests on toys, leashes and harnesses
Safety testing - Chemical migration and heavy metal analysis
Final inspection - Visual check and packaging verification

Visit Our Factory
We welcome all potential partners to visit our production facilities. Our team will arrange transportation from the nearest airport and provide a comprehensive tour of all production lines, quality labs, and warehousing.
The production journey

Material intake & checks
Fabrics, fillings, webbing and hardware are received against specifications, with pet-contact materials verified before release to production.

Cutting & preparation
Panels and components are cut to pattern, printed or embroidered where required, and grouped by order and size.
- 03
Sewing & assembly
Beds, carriers, harnesses, toys and accessories are sewn and assembled with stitch density and stress points checked in-line.

Finishing & inspection
Products are cleaned, metal-detected where applicable, and inspected against approved samples before packing.
- 05
Packing & export preparation
Retail packaging, labeling and cartonization follow your channel requirements, with documentation prepared for the destination market.
