What types of flow meters do you offer?
We manufacture a full range of industrial flow meters, including electromagnetic (magnetic) flow meters, ultrasonic flow meters (wall mounted, handheld and clamp-on), vortex flow meters for steam and gas, turbine flow meters and Coriolis mass flow meters. We also supply transducers, remote converters and installation accessories. Line sizes range from DN10 to DN6000, and every meter is wet-calibrated before shipment.
Can you customize flow meters for our application and brand?
Yes. We support OEM/ODM cooperation: your logo on the nameplate and converter housing, custom flange standards (DIN, ANSI, JIS), liner and electrode materials, output signals (4-20mA, pulse, RS485/Modbus, HART) and power supply options. Our engineers review your medium, pipe size, flow range and temperature/pressure to configure the right meter before production.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard flow meter models the MOQ is 1 unit, so you can order a single meter for evaluation or a small project. For OEM units with custom branding or special configurations, the MOQ is typically 5-10 units depending on the model. Volume pricing is available for distributors and system integrators.
Can I get a sample meter before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We encourage customers to test a sample meter on their own pipeline before committing to volume orders. Sample units are supplied at ex-works price and shipped by express courier within 3-7 working days for standard configurations. The sample cost can be credited against your first bulk order.
How long does production and delivery take?
Standard models are usually produced and calibrated within 5-10 working days. Custom configurations, special liners or explosion-proof versions take 15-25 working days. We ship worldwide by express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), air freight or sea freight, and provide full export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.
How do you ensure measurement accuracy and quality?
Every flow meter passes incoming material inspection, in-process testing and a final wet calibration on our ISO 17025-aligned calibration rigs. Meters ship with a traceable calibration certificate. Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001, products carry CE marking, and explosion-proof models are certified Exd II CT4. Typical accuracy is 0.5% for electromagnetic and turbine meters and 1.0% for ultrasonic and vortex meters.
How are the flow meters packed and shipped?
Meters are packed in shock-absorbing foam inside export-grade plywood cases or double-wall cartons, with flanges and electrodes protected by covers. Transducers, cables and manuals are packed separately inside the same case. Each package is labelled with model, serial number and handling marks, and we can add your brand labels for OEM orders.
What information do you need for an accurate quotation?
To size and quote the right meter, please tell us: the medium (water, chemicals, steam, gas, oil), pipe diameter and material, flow range (min/normal/max), medium temperature and pressure, required output signals and power supply, installation type (flanged, clamp-on, insertion) and any certification requirements. Send these details through our inquiry form and our engineers will reply within one business day.
