Manufacturing

Machining, assembly, wet calibration and inspection under one roof — the route every flow meter takes before it earns its certificate.

Our Manufacturing Capabilities

With over 15 years of experience in flow instrumentation, our factory combines precision machining, electronics assembly and accredited wet calibration in a single facility. From sensor tube fabrication to final testing, every process step is controlled in house so we can guarantee accuracy, repeatability and delivery time.

Production Lines

  • CNC machining of sensor bodies, flanges and electrode assemblies
  • PTFE and rubber lining lines for electromagnetic flow meter tubes
  • SMT electronics line for converters and display boards
  • Automatic welding stations for stainless steel measuring tubes
  • Assembly cells for ultrasonic, vortex, turbine and Coriolis meters

Calibration & Testing

Each meter passes a hydrostatic pressure test, insulation and output signal checks, and a multi-point wet calibration on gravimetric and master-meter rigs covering DN10 to DN1000. Calibration results are recorded against national standards and a traceable certificate ships with every unit.

Quality Gates

  • Incoming inspection of raw materials, liners and electronic components
  • In-process inspection at welding, lining and assembly stations
  • Final wet calibration and 48-hour power-on burn-in before packing

Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001 and our explosion-proof meters carry Exd II CT4 certification. Visit us or request a live video audit of your order in production.

Production route

Eight Stations Between Raw Material and Certificate

Application review

Medium, conductivity, pipe size, flow range and process conditions confirmed before any metal is cut.

Body machining

Meter bodies, flanges and sensor housings machined in-house to the ordered connection standard.

Lining & electrodes

PTFE, rubber or ceramic liners applied and electrode materials fitted to match the measured medium.

Electronics assembly

Converters and transmitters assembled, firmware loaded and output signals configured to order.

Wet calibration

Multi-point calibration on accredited rigs from DN10 to DN1200, recorded against reference standards.

Pressure & insulation tests

Hydrostatic pressure, insulation resistance and output verification on every unit — not on samples.

Certificate issue

Calibration certificate printed, serial-matched and filed; copies travel with the shipment.

Export packing

Shock-protected cartonization, labeling and documents prepared for the destination market.

Quality gates

Three checks no meter can skip

Accuracy

Multi-point wet calibration against accredited reference standards, with the record archived by serial number.

Integrity

Hydrostatic pressure testing above rated working pressure and insulation resistance checks on every unit.

Signal

Analog, pulse and digital outputs verified against the ordered configuration before the meter is packed.
