Accuracy
Multi-point wet calibration against accredited reference standards, with the record archived by serial number.
With over 15 years of experience in flow instrumentation, our factory combines precision machining, electronics assembly and accredited wet calibration in a single facility. From sensor tube fabrication to final testing, every process step is controlled in house so we can guarantee accuracy, repeatability and delivery time.
Each meter passes a hydrostatic pressure test, insulation and output signal checks, and a multi-point wet calibration on gravimetric and master-meter rigs covering DN10 to DN1000. Calibration results are recorded against national standards and a traceable certificate ships with every unit.
Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001 and our explosion-proof meters carry Exd II CT4 certification. Visit us or request a live video audit of your order in production.
Medium, conductivity, pipe size, flow range and process conditions confirmed before any metal is cut.
Meter bodies, flanges and sensor housings machined in-house to the ordered connection standard.
PTFE, rubber or ceramic liners applied and electrode materials fitted to match the measured medium.
Converters and transmitters assembled, firmware loaded and output signals configured to order.
Multi-point calibration on accredited rigs from DN10 to DN1200, recorded against reference standards.
Hydrostatic pressure, insulation resistance and output verification on every unit — not on samples.
Calibration certificate printed, serial-matched and filed; copies travel with the shipment.
Shock-protected cartonization, labeling and documents prepared for the destination market.
Multi-point wet calibration against accredited reference standards, with the record archived by serial number.
Hydrostatic pressure testing above rated working pressure and insulation resistance checks on every unit.
Analog, pulse and digital outputs verified against the ordered configuration before the meter is packed.
