These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of flow meters and accessories from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and Specifications
Product images, specifications and accuracy classes on this website are for reference. Final specifications, including liner material, flange standard, output signals and calibration range, are confirmed in the order confirmation issued by our sales engineers. We reserve the right to improve designs without prior notice, provided performance is not reduced.
Quotations and Orders
- Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise
- Orders become binding when we issue an order confirmation and the agreed deposit is received
- Custom-configured meters cannot be cancelled once production has started
Delivery and Risk
Delivery terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP) follow the Incoterms stated in the order confirmation. Risk passes to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterm. Reported transit damage must be documented with the carrier within 7 days of receipt.
Warranty
Flow meters are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery. The warranty covers repair or replacement of the defective unit and excludes damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable media, over-pressure or unauthorized modification.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability under any claim shall not exceed the invoice value of the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including production downtime or loss of profit.
