Our story

About Our Company

We are a hydraulic press machine manufacturer serving metal forming workshops and production plants across Europe, North America and other export markets. Our factory designs and builds four-column and C-frame presses, deep drawing presses, forging presses and stamping presses from 63 to 2000 tons, together with the automation and tooling needed to put them to work.

Engineering First

Every press starts from your part: our engineers review drawings, material and cycle-rate targets, then size the frame, cylinder and hydraulic circuit to match. Frames are stress-relieved after welding and machined in a single setup so slide guidance stays accurate under full load.

Built for Daily Production

We use recognised international brands for pumps, valves, seals and electrical controls, and every machine passes a full-pressure holding test and load cycling before it leaves the factory. CE-compliant safety packages, light curtains and two-hand controls are available for European and North American installations.

Support After Delivery

Installation guidance, operator training, wiring diagrams and a complete spare-parts list ship with each press. Our service team answers technical questions within one business day and keeps wear parts in stock for fast dispatch.

How we work

Habits that keep your presses forming

Application first

We start from your workpiece, process and cycle rate — so the press fits your production, not just the purchase order.

Safety engineered in

Guarding, two-hand controls, light curtains and overload protection specified to the destination market's expectations.

OEM / custom flexibility

Tonnage, stroke, table size, controls, colors and branding configured around your plant and your customers.

Inspection on every order

Pressure, parallelism and electrical checks against the order before packing. View certificates

Export-ready operations

Rust protection, secure packing and documentation prepared for European and North American import requirements.

Engineers who answer

English-speaking engineers reply with specifics — tonnage calculations, drawings and datasheets, not canned responses.

Common questions

Frequently asked about working with us

See all questions
What types of hydraulic press machines do you offer?
We manufacture four-column and C-frame hydraulic presses, deep drawing presses, forging presses and metal stamping presses from 63 to 2000 tons, plus press automation, tooling and hydraulic power units. Tell us your workpiece and process and we will recommend a suitable configuration.
Can you customize the press for our parts and factory?
Yes. Tonnage, daylight, table size, stroke, speed curve, control system and safety package can all be tailored to your part drawings and plant conditions. We also match voltage and electrical standards for European and North American installations and can apply your brand colours.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum order is one machine. Most customers start with a single press configured for their process; distributors and repeat buyers receive volume pricing on multi-unit and production-line orders.
Can you run trial pressings with our material before we order?
Yes. Send us your part drawings and sample blanks and we can run trial pressings on a comparable machine in our workshop, then share videos, formed samples and measured results so you can verify the process before committing to an order.
How long does production and delivery take?
Standard models typically ship in 30 to 45 days after deposit; customized or high-tonnage presses usually need 60 to 90 days. Sea freight to Europe or North America adds roughly 25 to 40 days depending on the destination port.
How do you ensure press quality and reliability?
Every frame is stress-relieved after welding and machined in one setup for alignment. Before packing, each press passes a full-pressure holding test, no-load and full-load cycle runs and a safety-function check, and we record the results in a test report delivered with the machine. Core hydraulic and electrical components use recognised international brands.
