Quotations & Orders
Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation document. Orders become binding when both parties sign a sales contract or proforma invoice and the agreed deposit is received.
Warranty
Machines are covered by the warranty stated in the sales contract. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and excludes wear parts, misuse and unauthorised modification.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or of information provided on it. Contractual liability is defined in the individual sales contract.
Governing Terms
Any dispute arising from a specific transaction is governed by the dispute resolution clause of the corresponding sales contract.
