This lets us control quality and lead time from raw plate to a tested machine.
Press frames are welded from thick steel plate and stress-relieved before machining, which keeps the frame stable and the slide guidance accurate over years of pressing work.
Large CNC gantry mills and boring centres machine the bed, slide and columns in controlled setups so parallelism and perpendicularity stay within tight tolerances.
Cylinders, manifolds, pumps and valves are assembled in a dedicated clean area. Control cabinets are wired to your voltage and electrical standard and every circuit is point-checked before power-on.
Each press runs a full-pressure holding test, no-load and loaded cycle runs and a complete safety-function check. Test records are documented and delivered together with the machine.
