About Us
Built around how brushes are really made
Who We Are
We are a manufacturer of brush making machinery, supplying CNC tufting machines, broom and toothbrush production lines, roller and strip brush equipment, and finishing machines to brush producers in Western Europe, North America and other export markets.
Our team combines mechanical design, CNC control and hands-on brush production experience. Every machine is configured around the customer's brush type, block material, filament and output target rather than sold as a fixed catalogue item.
What We Do
- Design and build tufting, drilling, filling, trimming and flagging machines
- Configure complete production lines for brooms, brushes and toothbrushes
- Run test production with customer materials before shipment
- Support installation, training and long-term spare parts supply
How We Work
Projects start with your samples and target output. We confirm the machine configuration and tooling, machine and assemble in our workshop, test-run with your materials, then pack for export with full documentation. After delivery, our engineers support commissioning remotely or on site.
We keep our claims verifiable: test videos, inspection records and CE-focused documentation are prepared for each machine, and references from existing customers are available on request.
What guides our work
- Machines configured to real brush designs, not catalog defaults
- Test runs with customer materials before any machine ships
- Documentation and support prepared per destination market
- Spare parts and remote guidance for the machine's whole life
