Common questions

Answers before you ask

What types of brush making machines do you offer?
We build CNC tufting machines, broom making lines, toothbrush production machines, roller and strip brush machines, drilling and filling machines, and trimming or flagging equipment. Machines can be supplied individually or combined into a complete production line for your brush type.
Can machines be configured for our specific brush products?
Yes. Tell us your brush type, block material, filament, hole pattern and target output. We configure tooling, clamps, hole patterns and control programs around your samples, and run test production with your materials before shipment.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Most machines are sold as single units, so the MOQ is one machine. For complete production lines we quote the full configuration. Spare parts and tooling can be ordered together with the machine or separately at any time.
Can we see the machine running before we pay the balance?
Yes. Every machine goes through test runs with customer materials where possible. We provide test videos, and you are welcome to visit the workshop or arrange a video call inspection before the balance payment and shipment.
How long does production and delivery take?
Standard machines typically ship within 30 to 45 days after deposit and confirmed specifications. Custom configurations or complete lines may take 60 to 90 days. We confirm the schedule in the order contract and update you at each stage.
