How a brush machine is built and proven

Every machine passes each stage in order — quality is checked where the work happens, not just at the exit.

Design review & configuration

Brush samples, hole patterns and output targets are reviewed and turned into a machine configuration and tooling plan confirmed with you.

Frame & component machining

Frames, spindles and fixtures are machined to drawing, with dimensions verified before assembly.

Mechanical assembly & alignment

Drilling heads, tufting units, feeders and guards are assembled and aligned so hole patterns and tuft density stay consistent.

Electrical fitting & CNC setup

Motors, drives and CNC controls are wired to your destination voltage, with safety circuits and program presets configured.

Test runs with your materials

The machine runs with your filament, wire and blocks; speed, pattern accuracy and finish are verified and recorded on video.

Documentation & export packing

Manuals, wiring diagrams and CE-focused documents are packed with export-grade crating and spare-part lists.

Workshop details

Our Workshop

Machines are built in our own workshop, from frame machining to final test runs. Keeping the key steps in-house lets us control accuracy, delivery time and long-term spare part compatibility.

Production Steps

  • Design review & configuration — machine layout, tooling and control program confirmed against your brush samples.
  • Frame & component machining — welded frames stress-relieved and machined for stable alignment.
  • Mechanical assembly & alignment — spindles, clamps and feeders assembled and aligned to specification.
  • Electrical fitting & CNC setup — wiring, safety circuits and control programs installed and checked.
  • Test runs with customer materials — machines run with your blocks and filament where possible; videos and records shared.
  • Documentation & export packing — manuals, inspection records and CE-focused documentation packed with the machine in export plywood cases.

Quality Approach

Each machine carries traceable inspection logs covering machining checks, assembly alignment and final test-run results. Electrical systems use recognised component brands, and test-run records are available on request before shipment.
