About NailForge Machinery
We are a manufacturer of nail making machinery serving wire and fastener producers in Europe, North America and worldwide. From our workshop we design, machine and assemble the equipment that turns steel wire rod into finished nails: automatic nail making machines, high speed and coil nail machines, wire drawing lines, polishing drums, packing machines and the molds and cutters that keep them running.
What we build
Our range covers the complete nail production process. A typical line pairs a wire drawing machine with one or more nail making machines, a polishing machine and a weighing and packing station. Every machine is configured to the customer's wire specification, nail sizes and output target before it ships, and every configuration is verified in a loaded test run producing real nails.
How we work
Nail producers buy machines to make money, not to solve machine problems. That shapes how we work: we quote honestly against your real production plan, we machine critical wear surfaces in-house so tolerances stay under our control, and we document every machine so your technicians can maintain it without guesswork. When you need gripper dies, punches or cutting knives years later, we still have your machine's records.
Working with international buyers
We export worldwide and prepare machines for the destination market: motor voltage and frequency to your grid, CE-compliant guarding and documentation for the EU on request, and export-grade plywood packing for sea freight. Communication is in English, response times are within one business day, and test-run videos are provided before dispatch so you can verify performance before the machine leaves our floor.
