We can supply a single machine or configure a full production line from wire rod to packed nails.

Yes. Every machine is configured before dispatch to your target nail lengths, shank diameters and wire specification. Tell us the nail types you plan to produce and your available wire, and our engineers will recommend the right model, tooling set and line layout for your output target.

There is no high MOQ for machinery - you can order a single machine. Many customers start with one nail making machine plus a polishing machine, then expand the line later. Molds, cutters and spare parts have small minimums per item so you can stock wear parts economically with your machine order.

Yes. Every machine completes a supervised test run with your wire specification before packing, and we record video of the run producing your nail sizes so you can verify speed and nail quality. You are also welcome to visit our workshop for factory acceptance testing in person or via live video call.

Standard models are typically ready in 15-30 working days after order confirmation, depending on configuration and tooling. Complete production lines take longer and are quoted case by case. Sea freight transit time depends on your port; we handle export packing and documents and keep you updated at every stage.

Key components are machined and inspected in-house, frames are stress-relieved before finishing, and every machine passes assembly checks, electrical safety tests and a loaded test run producing real nails before dispatch. Machines for the EU market are prepared with CE-compliant guarding and documentation on request.

Machines are rust-protected, bolted to skids and packed in export-grade plywood cases with moisture barriers, suitable for sea freight and container loading. Each shipment includes the manual, tooling list, wiring diagram and packing list. We can arrange FOB, CIF or door delivery with our freight partners.
