How a nail machine is built and proven
Every machine passes each station in order — quality is checked where the work happens, not just at the exit.
01 Design review & configuration
Nail samples, wire specification and output targets are reviewed and turned into a machine configuration and die plan confirmed with you.

Frames, cams and fixtures are machined to drawing, with dimensions verified before assembly.
Check: dimensions & material records03 Mechanical assembly & alignment
Nail forming units, wire feeders, cutters and guards are assembled and aligned so nail dimensions stay consistent at speed.
Check: alignment & smooth motion04 Electrical fitting & controls
Motors, drives and controls are wired to your destination voltage, with safety circuits and presets configured.
Check: electrical safety & control functions05 Test runs with your wire
The machine runs with your wire; speed, nail dimensions and finish are verified and recorded on video.
Check: output & dimensional accuracy06 Documentation & export packing
Manuals, wiring diagrams and CE-focused documents are packed with export-grade crating and spare-part lists.

Our Manufacturing Capabilities
Every machine we ship is built in our own workshop, where design, machining, assembly and testing happen under one roof. Controlling the full process is how we keep tolerances tight on the components that decide nail quality: gripper dies, heading punches, cutting knives and the frames that hold them in alignment at speed.
From design to dispatch
Each order starts with your production plan. Engineering confirms the wire specification, nail size range and output target, then releases the build: frames and critical components are machined and stress-relieved, mechanical assembly sets the feeding, gripping, heading and cutting stations in alignment, and electrical fitting installs motors and controls matched to your factory voltage and frequency.
Tested with real wire
Before packing, every machine completes a loaded test run producing nails from wire matching your specification. We check nail dimensions, head formation, point quality and running stability, and record video of the run so you can verify performance before dispatch. Machines only leave the floor after passing this test.
Tooling and wear parts
We machine our own molds, cutters and punches, which means replacement tooling matches your machine exactly - not approximately. Standard wear parts for our machines are kept in stock, and we retain the tooling records for every machine we sell so reorders are simple even years later.
Export preparation
Machines are rust-protected, bolted to skids and packed in export-grade plywood cases with moisture barriers for sea freight. Each shipment includes the operation manual, wiring diagram, tooling list and packing documents. CE-compliant guarding and documentation are prepared for EU-bound machines on request.
Want to see the workshop? We welcome factory visits and can arrange a live video tour of your machine in production.
What the workshop can do for your production
- Custom configurations. Wire feeders, dies, cutters and automation level configured to your nails and workflow.
- Any market voltage. Electrical systems and safety circuits matched to your destination grid and standards.
- Complete line shipments. Several machines consolidated in one shipment with manuals per machine and market.
