What types of eyewear accessories do you manufacture?
We manufacture a full range of eyewear accessories, including hard shell and soft eyeglass cases, microfiber cleaning cloths and lens care kits, eyewear chains and sports straps, silicone nose pads and temple tips, repair kits with screws and tools, and display stands and organizers for optical stores.
Can you customize products with our logo and packaging?
Yes. We offer OEM and ODM services covering logo printing, embossing, hot stamping and laser engraving on cases, cloths, chains and tools, as well as custom colors, materials and retail packaging such as printed boxes, hang cards and blister packs.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product and customization level. Standard items such as microfiber cloths and pouches typically start at 500 pieces, while fully customized eyeglass cases or display stands usually start at 1,000 pieces. Please contact us for exact MOQs on specific items.
Do you provide samples before mass production?
Yes. Stock samples are available for quality evaluation, usually free with freight collect. Custom pre-production samples with your logo and packaging take about 5-7 working days, and the sample fee is refundable against your bulk order.
What are your production and delivery lead times?
Standard production time is 15-25 days after sample approval, depending on order quantity and customization. Shipping takes 3-7 days by express, 7-15 days by air, or 20-40 days by sea. We will confirm the exact schedule with your order.
How do you control product quality?
We follow a strict quality control system covering incoming material inspection, in-process checks and 100% final inspection before packing. Cases are tested for hinge durability and crush resistance, cloths for lint and colorfastness, and metal parts for plating adhesion and nickel safety. Third-party inspection is welcome.
How are the products packed and shipped?
Standard packing is one piece per polybag or gift box, packed into export cartons with reinforced corners. We support custom retail packaging and shipping marks. Goods can be shipped by express (DHL, FedEx, UPS), air freight or sea freight, FOB or CIF terms as required.
