By using this website and purchasing eyewear accessories from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Products and Orders
All product specifications, images and prices on this site are for reference. Final specifications, prices and lead times are confirmed in the sales contract or proforma invoice for each order.
Customization
For OEM and ODM orders, mass production begins only after written sample approval. Customers are responsible for ensuring that supplied logos and designs do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
Payment and Delivery
Standard payment terms are 30% deposit with balance before shipment, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery dates are counted from receipt of deposit and sample approval. Risk transfers according to the agreed trade terms (FOB, CIF, etc.).
Quality and Claims
Goods are inspected before shipment. Claims for defects must be submitted within 14 days of receipt with photos or videos. We will replace confirmed defective items or issue a credit in the next order.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your order applies.
