Our 12,000 m² factory is equipped with complete production lines for eyewear accessories, from raw material processing to finished product packing.
Production Lines
- Case Workshop: injection molding, EVA hot pressing, wrapping and assembly lines for hard and soft eyeglass cases
- Textile Workshop: microfiber cutting, ultrasonic edge sealing and heat-transfer printing for cleaning cloths and pouches
- Metal & Chain Workshop: chain linking, welding, electroplating and polishing for eyewear chains and metal parts
- Silicone Workshop: precision molding for nose pads, temple tips and ear hooks
Quality Control
Every order passes incoming material inspection, in-process checks and 100% final inspection. Key tests include hinge cycle testing, drop and crush resistance, colorfastness, plating adhesion and nickel-free verification to meet EU and US standards.
Capacity & Lead Time
Monthly capacity exceeds 800,000 pieces. Standard lead time is 15-25 days after sample approval, with expedited options for urgent orders.
