From cabinet panel to sealed container
Six inspection stations covering cabinet fabrication, playfield and blower assembly, electronics, glide testing, branding and export packing — each one signed off before the carton is closed.
Six stations, one table
Steel & cabinet intake
Panel thickness, weld quality and powder-coat batch checked against the drawing on arrival.
Playfield & blower assembly
Air channels sealed, blower modules mounted and hole pattern verified on the tempered playfield.
Electronics & scoring
Scoring boards, digital score displays and coin mechanisms wired and set for the destination voltage.
Airflow & glide test
Every table run on the bench — puck glide, rail bounce and blower noise recorded.
Branding & finishing
Screen-printed playfield graphics, logo badge and nameplate applied to your artwork.
Export packing
Foam-protected corners, reinforced carton, carton marks and a stacking plan per container.
Faults are caught at the station that caused them, so a container is never sealed around a known defect.
What we check before a table ships
Six stations, one table
Production is split into six inspection stations: cabinet and panel intake, playfield and blower assembly, electronics and scoring, airflow and glide testing, branding and finishing, and export packing. Each station signs off before the next begins, so a fault is caught where it was caused rather than at the container door.
Glide and blower testing
Every table runs on the bench before packing. Puck glide is checked from end to end across the playfield, rail bounce is verified, blower output and static pressure are measured, and the blower noise profile is recorded. Voltage, plug type and motor are set for the destination market at this stage.
Branding and finishing
Screen-printed playfield graphics, logo badges, nameplates and control-panel artwork are applied to your files. Screen and colour references are kept on file so a repeat order matches the first one.
Export packing and loading
Corners and playfields are foam-protected inside reinforced cartons. Carton marks and a stacking plan are prepared for each container, with heavy cabinets placed at the bottom so the shipment arrives organised.

- Blower output and static pressure within tolerance
- Voltage, plug type and motor set for the destination market
- Scoring display, sensors and coin mechanism cycle-tested
- Cabinet fixings, rail height and corner alignment checked
- Carton drop and stacking plan reviewed before loading
