Terms of Service

1. Quotes and orders

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed in writing with agreed Incoterms, payment terms, packaging and a production schedule. Specifications are taken from the signed-off sample and the approved carton artwork.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are quoted per model in the currency stated on the quotation and are based on the quantity, branding work and packaging agreed at that time. Changes to specification after confirmation may be quoted separately.

3. Lead time and shipping

Lead time depends on the model mix and the amount of customisation. The confirmed schedule is stated on the order confirmation. Loading, carton marks and documentation are prepared against the agreed loading plan.

4. Warranty

Tables carry a 12-month warranty from delivery against defects in the cabinet, blower and electronics, provided the table is assembled, used and maintained as described in the manual. Pucks, strikers and playfield graphics are consumables and are excluded.

5. Liability

Liability is limited to the value of the affected contract. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Governing law

Disputes are governed by the law stated on the order confirmation. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing other remedies.
