Production flow

Five stages, each closing on a released checkpoint

01

Specification and model matching

The measurement job, range, accuracy class and safety category are reviewed against the application before anything is committed to stock.

  • Range and accuracy reviewed against the procedure
  • Safety category and environment confirmed
  • Accessory list agreed with the instrument
Dial thermometer checked against a printed specification sheet with range, accuracy and category ticked off
Checkpoint: specification sheet released
02

Incoming verification

Units and accessories are checked on receipt for identity, quantity, firmware version and physical condition before they enter the service process.

  • Serial and firmware version recorded
  • Accessory set and case contents checked
  • Faults flagged before configuration
Incoming check of a unit and its open accessory case against the delivery note on the goods-in bench
Checkpoint: incoming record per unit
03

Configuration and firmware

Language, default units, logging interval, limits and the firmware build are written and then read back to confirm what the instrument will actually do.

  • Firmware build logged against the serial
  • Default units and language set
  • Logging interval and alarm limits loaded
Dial thermometer linked to a laptop during configuration while firmware and limit settings are read back
Checkpoint: configuration record per unit
04

Calibration and verification

The configured instrument is checked against reference equipment across the ranges that matter, with the result recorded before the certificate is issued.

  • Verification across the working range
  • Reference equipment identified on the record
  • Certificate and serial matched
Dial thermometer verified against a reference calibrator with the verification record and certificate on the bench
Checkpoint: calibration certificate issued
05

Packing and dispatch

Instrument, accessories, battery, documentation and declarations are packed against the packing list and the destination market requirements.

  • Accessory and battery packing checked
  • Certificate and declarations included
  • Carton and case labelled for the order
Export carton packed against the packing list with the certificate, declarations and accessory case
Checkpoint: outgoing record per order

Our Manufacturing Capabilities

With years of experience in test and measurement instruments, we operate a modern production facility with skilled technicians and a flexible monthly capacity that scales with your order volume.

Production Lines

  • Assembly: in-house assembly of meters, analyzers, balances and optical instruments with fixture-based process control.

  • Calibration: dedicated calibration benches with traceable reference standards for accuracy verification.

  • Electronics: PCB assembly, firmware flashing and functional testing for electronic testers and analyzers.

  • Final inspection: multiple assembly and QC stations with in-line accuracy, safety and appearance inspection.

Quality Control

Our ISO 9001 quality system covers incoming material inspection, in-process checks and pre-shipment testing. Every instrument is calibrated and functionally tested before packing, and batch samples undergo endurance testing in our laboratory.

Research and Development

Our engineering team develops new models every year and supports OEM/ODM projects from drawing to mass production, including custom housings, branding, firmware, packaging and specifications designed for your market.
