What the instrument has to measure

Most programmes start from a measurement problem rather than a catalogue page. These are the jobs buyers bring to us most often.

01

Electrical test and maintenance

Continuity, insulation resistance, loop impedance, current and voltage checks for service electricians and plant maintenance teams.

02

Material analysis and precision weighing

Moisture and material analysis plus 0.001 g to 0.01 g balances for laboratory, jewellery and quality-control work.

03

Combustion and gas analysis

Multi-gas and flue-gas measurement for combustion tuning, emissions checks and workplace safety.

04

Optical and dimensional inspection

Measuring microscopes and vision instruments for dimensional checks, surface inspection and documented measurement records.

05

Gemstone and jewellery verification

Diamond, moissanite and gemstone verification instruments used in trade, valuation and retail counter work.

06

Laboratory reference and calibration

Reference meters, calibrators and environmental recorders used to keep the instruments above inside their tolerance.

Calibration and service

An instrument is only as good as its last calibration

Recalibration intervals, adjustment records, firmware versions and spare parts are planned with the first order rather than after the first failure.

Certificate per instrument Each unit leaves with its own calibration certificate and record, so the number on the certificate matches the number on the instrument.
Recalibration cycles planned The interval your quality system requires is agreed at order stage, with a reminder schedule for the units you keep in service.
Firmware and configuration recorded The firmware build and configuration written at the factory is logged against the serial, so a reflash is a known state and not a guess.
Accessories and spares held Test leads, clamps, probes, batteries and protective cases are supplied with the instrument and stocked as service spares.

Documentation is prepared per destination market — declarations, test records and packing statements are assembled for the instruments you select.

We manufacture a complete range of test and measurement instruments, including diamond and gemstone testers, synthetic diamond screeners and analyzers, precision balances and jewelry scales, portable gas analyzers, plus jewelry care equipment and spare parts.
Yes. We provide full OEM/ODM services: your logo printed on the housing or shown on the start screen, custom housing colors, branded packaging, user manuals in your language and customized specifications such as measurement range, display size, data interface and accessory sets.
The standard MOQ is 100-200 units per model depending on the product line. For customized colors, logos or packaging the MOQ is usually 500 units. Mixed-model container orders are welcome, and we can help you combine products to fill a 20ft or 40ft container.
Absolutely. Samples of standard models are available from stock and normally ship within 3-5 days by express. Sample cost and freight are payable in advance and refundable against your first bulk order. Customized samples take about 7-15 days.
Standard production lead time is 25-35 days after deposit and confirmation of all details. Customized orders may need 35-45 days. Sea freight transit time depends on your port; we arrange FOB, CIF or door-to-door delivery as required.
Every unit is calibrated and passes function and accuracy checks against reference standards before packing. Housings use durable ABS or stainless steel, sensors and load cells are life-cycle tested, and batteries are certified. Our factory runs ISO 9001 quality management and our products carry CE certification.
